We're so excited to introduce Maiya to you all! Maiya is currently a junior at Greater Lowell Technical High School in the Cosmetology program. She is finishing up her hours and will take her state board exam this summer! Maiya will work directly with Lydia as her mentor (so Lydia's clients you're in for a treat!) Maiya loves to dance is into chick flicks! She is very excited to learn all about our industry. Welome Maiya!

A hair system, also known as a hair replacement system is a nonsurgical solution for individuals experiencing hair loss. This is designed to cover areas of the scalp that are thinning or absent. Hair systems are custom designed for each individual to match color, texture and style preferences.
This provides a quick solution allowing individuals to regain a full head of hair and boost their confidence. Professional installation and maintenance are crucial for ensuring a natural and seamless integration with the client's natural hair.

CombLine Extension Model Call exclusive to The Rep Members

CombLine is for both men and women of all ages. It is an extremely versatile hair enhancement application. It can be applied to the fringe, sides and crown areas. It is the perfect solution to add volume to thinning hair, adding highlights and color. It can be combined with our other extension methods in areas where traditional extensions could not be applied.

Create a Personal Development Plan
You are not alone if you have slowed your roll with your new year's resolutions, work out regimens or healthy eating. We all struggle around this time. That is why we love these tips for creating a Personal Development Plan to give us a newly found jumpstart as Spring approaches!
1. Write one of your strengths. Think about how you could improve upon it! Learning more abut things we are good at is way less intimidating than learning something new and we are more interested and retain more information.
2. Name a weakness and write 3 ways to improve. What was a goal you set for yourself that you haven't followed through on? What stood in your way? Is there something you can change to make it easier?
3. Be specific. Most developmental plans fall apart because they are too generalized. Take one area and focus on it. Write specific things that you can be aware of and take action on daily to get you closer to your personal growth.
4. Check in daily. Are you following your plan? Keep subtle reminders in familiar places like your phone screen or bathroom mirror to keep you motivated and accountable.
5. Share + celebrate - Don't let your hard work go to waste! Be the change someone needs to see or hear.

Ingredients
4 ounces ginger beer
2 ounces club soda
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce strawberry puree
grapefruit wedge for garnish
Instructions:
Mix strawberry puree + lime juice in a shaker
Pour over ice, add ginger beer and club soda + stir
Enjoy with a grapefruit wedge + thyme sprig for aromatics
