Happy Anniversary Devin!

Devin has been with Teal since 2018 & in the hair industry since 2011. Her favorite services include extensions and dimensional color. She has a beautiful daughter, Jade (2) , and another baby girl on the way due in June!

Devin will be on maternity leave as of 6/16-9/24.  She will return just in time for the holidays! Wahoo!

Her Schedule will be 

Wednesday 9:45am-7pm

Friday 9:45am-5pm

Saturday 10am-3pm

Marissa joined the Teal team in June 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience from the beauty industry since 2018. She's a curl specialist through and through — mastering the art of texture, shape, and movement is one of her absolute favorite parts of the job!

Most recently, Marissa became certified in Bellami extensions, adding even more to her styling toolkit and allowing her to create seamless, stunning transformations for her guests.

Outside the salon, Marissa is a proud dog mom to Karl, her energetic Mini Aussie 🐾. She’s also a bit of an adventurer — having lived in four different states and bringing a little bit of each place into her creative work.

Lemon Crinkle Cookies 

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups flour

• 1 teaspoon cornstartch

• 1 Teaspoon baking soda

• 3/4 cup unsalted butter

• 1 cup & 2 tablespoon sugar

• 1 egg

• 1/4 cup lemon juice

• 1 tablespoon lemon zest

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. whisk flour basking soda, cornstarch and salt in a medium bowl

2. In a stand mixer beat the butter in sugar together with the paddle attachment for about a 1 minute, then add the egg, lemon juice, and vanilla on high for another minute (mixture will seem curdled. That's ok)

scrape down the sides and add the flour and beat on low(mixture will be sticky, thick, creamy)

3. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours

4. after in refrigerator bring to room temp for 10 minutes 

5. pre-heat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking sheets

6. roll tablespoon size balls in sugar, 1st in some granulated sugar then roll in powdered sugar

7. bake for 10-12 minutes 

8. let cool for 5 minutes
