TEAL Hair & Makeup Studio exists is to create a positive space where our stylists meet our client’s hair goals both in the salon + at home. As a team, we specialize in dimensional color, extensions & bridal styling in a state of the art way. We coach to both healthy hair & lifestyle habits + offer in depth consultations with clear communication in a welcoming + relaxed atmosphere. We provide advanced education + support in between visits so that healthy hair rituals are created + customized, leaving guests feeling confident & obsessed with their own gorgeous hair.

We believe you work to live, but shouldn’t live to work. That is why we offer a flexible schedule in a welcoming space. While our space is gorgeous our team is the most beautiful piece of TEAL Studio. Our stylists are driven, inspired, caring and take their career seriously. We are careful with who we bring into the salon. Those who are unmotivated, negative or don’t care to connect with the rest of our group won’t be invited to join our team. You can have peace of mind in knowing that if you choose to work with us as a stylist, you’ll only work with amazing people who believe in a collaborative culture. We work together as a team to make the magic happen!
Your Clients
Get ready to spoil your clients rotten. All of our stylists choose to embrace our service standards which ensures our guest experience is second to none for all guests who come to the salon. We proudly provide all amenities such as backbar, top of the line retail, station products, barista style coffees, teas and snacks, along with seasonal mimosas & treats. We also indulge our guests with essential oil infused hot towels and complimentary scalp and neck massage with their shampoo. We also have many gorgeous social media pages to help promote your business, offer multiple marketing campaigns, online booking, off street parking and you’ll love welcoming your guests to our inviting salon space.
Your Growth
Be surrounded by a motivated team who will help you grow along the way. Stylist happiness and success is priority here at TEAL. We equip our team with a tailored 8-12 week intensive one-on-one apprenticeship with our top level stylists to get you on the floor ASAP. We are a The Thriving Stylist “Thriving Salon” which gives you the education, guidance & speed at which you succeed. We also provide our team with business + financial growth classes. We have monthly team and 1-on-1 touch bases with the owner for accountability, goal tracking and to share all our wins! What does this mean for you? Beginner stylists are earning $40k +, Mid level are at $50k+ & upper level stylists are at $100k+/yr. Our goal is to get you to earn as much as possible on a dream schedule!
